We purchased the range cooker we were after from this place since they had it available (most retailers have a wait time of months). Given the high price, I was a bit anxious about ordering online and had a few questions to ask. I called them up and got through right away. The staff were super knowledgeable and nice. My cooker arrived via Kaboodle in less than two weeks. I was able to pick the delivery days and received a call 30 minutes before they showed up. The delivery team was really helpful, friendly, and did a great job installing the new cooker while taking the old one away. Overall, the whole experience was pretty much perfect.

I came across some not-so-great reviews about this company and felt a bit uneasy about making a purchase. But since they were the only ones with the appliance I wanted in stock, I decided to go for it, and I’m glad I did. My order was handled swiftly, and the delivery service, BJS, showed up without any issues (even though I saw a bunch of bad reviews about them online). Plus, the price was fair. So if you're on the fence, I’d say give them a shot; maybe those negative stories are just old news.

I got a cooker from this company. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the after-sales service is terrible. They have a warranty agreement that they can't control with 0800 repair, who have canceled on us seven times with the same excuse (No Parts). I strongly advise against buying anything from these folks. Our cooker arrived damaged.

I attempted to purchase an oven, but it got cancelled because of a company policy that the sales manager was way too quick to enforce. No phone call, no discussion—just nothing. What a rubbish company with terrible customer service; you’d be better off shopping somewhere more professional. I was using a UK company card and having it sent to a UK address, but the manager just couldn't seem to apply any common sense. Instead, they jumped to the conclusion that we were up to some sort of scam. It was an awful experience. I ended up buying from another place, and they shipped it out right away.

I got myself a Neff telescopic extractor for my range cooker. It arrived in less than 2 weeks. A week after I placed the order, they rang me to set up a delivery date that worked for me, once they had the item from the supplier. They sent me a text either the day before or that morning with a 4-hour delivery window. Unfortunately, the item was defective, but that wasn’t on them. When I reached out to the company, they were super apologetic and swapped it out without any fuss. Excellent service, I’d totally recommend them.

Absolutely unacceptable! If there's gonna be a hold-up with delivery, it oughta be mentioned in the ordering system, especially for phone orders. When I called to check on the delivery, the customer service was just plain rude, especially since I had actually ordered our ovens along with all the kitchen appliances to save some cash. What were we thinking ordering from them? Just shockingly rude. We got all our appliances from Long Eaton, and they were fantastic!

I just got a new oven to replace my Flavel E60 since it started rusting after only 2 years. What a letdown! Aside from the paint bubbling and the rust, it was pretty good to use. I decided to go with a different brand this time.

After reading some worrying reviews, I felt the need to share my experience. We placed our order on December 27th, right after Christmas when the warehouse was shut down. I was really anxious after seeing those reviews, thinking, 'What have I gotten myself into?' We ordered a Neff induction hob and got some free pans thrown in, plus it was £300 less than anywhere else! On Monday, January 6th, the first day back for everyone, I received a call confirming they had my order and that the delivery company would reach out. Sure enough, within an hour, the delivery service called to schedule my delivery for the 7th. They even called again when they were an hour away and sent a text and email. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and I couldn't be happier!

Amazing customer support and a huge shoutout to Jean and Emma. When my order arrived, it didn’t fit in the spot I had planned (totally my bad - forgot about a low beam). I called Jean while the delivery guys were still there. No worries, they just re-packed it and took it back. I found another product on their site (a bit cheaper) and they’re going to refund me the difference. What an awesome company, I’ll definitely recommend them and shop with them again. Their prices are super competitive.

When Wren dropped the ball, this company really stepped up with an excellent delivery date. The product arrived right on schedule, and the driver even helped us unpack it to make sure everything was in good shape, especially since we had issues with damaged items from other companies before. Despite it being close to Christmas, they assured us of a timely delivery, and they nailed it! We got accurate time slots, and the delivery guy called us when he was en route.
